HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY

If you believe your Concept X PPF has an issue covered by the warranty, follow these six simple steps.

01 — CHECK YOUR WARRANTY

Confirm that your Concept X PPF warranty is active using your Warranty Registration Number or registered vehicle details.

02 — GATHER YOUR DOCUMENTS

Keep your purchase invoice, warranty registration details, vehicle VIN/chassis number, and installation information ready.

03 — DOCUMENT THE ISSUE

Take clear photos and videos showing the affected area and the issue with your PPF.

04 — SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM

Complete the Warranty Claim Form and upload the required documents, photos, and videos.

05 — CLAIM REVIEW

Our team will review your claim and verify the product, registration, installation, and reported issue against the applicable warranty terms.

06 — GET YOUR RESOLUTION

Once the review is complete, we will contact you with the claim decision and next steps.
